Tecnomen Corporation published its financial statements for 2008 on Friday 6 February 2009.
In 2009 Tecnomen’s Interim Reports will be released according to the following schedule:
- 1-3/2009 Tuesday 28 April
- 1-6/2009 Wednesday 12 August
- 1-9/2009 Thursday 29 October
A briefing will be held for analysts and media after the publication of these reports.
Closed period
Tecnomen applies a three weeks closed period before the publication date of the annual or interim report. During this time Tecnomen refrains from discussing with representatives of the capital markets and the media about the financial position or business operations of Tecnomen.
Annual General Meeting
Tecnomen’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 19 March 2009 in Helsinki, Finland.
Annual Report 2008
will be published in March 2009.
