Tecnomen’s Board of Directors has decided on a new strategic policy that will further reinforce the Charging business, the business units outside Europe and Messaging channel sales, while looking to make major cost savings in the European organization in both subcontracting and personnel costs.
In connection with this, Tecnomen is initiating a programme of remedial action aiming at annual savings of EUR 4-5 million. These savings will have a full impact as from the beginning of 2007, and the action taken will cause one-time costs during the final part of this year that cannot be estimated yet. Employee negotiations relating to this matter have started.
