The holdings of JPMorgan Chase & Co, its subsidiary company and investments funds is exceeded one twentieth (1/20) of the share capital of Tecnomen Corporation.
The total holdings of JPMorgan Chase & Co, its subsidiary company and investments funds has increased up to 2,934,785 shares representing 5.03 per cent of the share capital and voting rights in Tecnomen Corporation.
