Tecnomen Corporation has disposed some of its own shares as consideration in a transaction in which Tecnomen Corporation purchased the entire share stock of Krocus Communications Oy on 23 April 2003. Krocus Communications Oy merged with Tecnomen Corporation on 30 November 2003. The disposal of the company’s shares is based on the authorisation given by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 16 March 2005.
The value of the shares disposed of is based on the value stated in the contract for the acquisition of Krocus Communications Oy
(1 euro/share). These shares account for 0.23% of the entire share stock of Tecnomen Corporation.
