4. Purpose of processing personal data (use of register)


The register is maintained to keep data extracts from the job applicants of Tecnomen Group for the use of HR persons and recruiting superiors. Applications can be open applications or they can be sent for particular jobs. Applications will be stored in the register for 3 months.

5. Data content stored in the register


Job application forms containing the following information:
- personal data of the applicants (name, year of birth, phone number, street address and e-mail address)
- education and job experience
- language & IT skills
- job which was applied for
- CV in attached to the application
- free text fields fulfilled by the applicant.

6. Regular sources of information


Information issued by the applicants in the application forms.

7. Regular conveyance of data and transfer of data outside the European Union or European Economic Area
The data will not be conveyed outside the Tecnomen Group. Tecnomen operates outside the EU (e.g. in APAC and MEA), and the applications can be given to superiors recruiting in these countries.

8. Principles of register data protection

 
Manual material:
Material saved in the register is printed only when necessary and stored in locked cabinets. Paper printouts will be destroyed immediately after processing.
Data saved in the information system:
The right to use the register requires a user identifier and a personal password given to the HR persons and recruiting superiors who have the access right to the stored information. Other persons are not entitled to receive the information stored in the register.

9. Right of inspection


According to Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, the applicant is entitled to inspect the data saved in the register concerning him/her personal information. Further the applicant has the right to require the correction of inaccurate information and also to otherwise resort to his/her rights guaranteed by the Personal Data Act. Request for inspection must be made in writing to the person responsible for register issues (point 2) and signed by the applicant.
