The Management Board is tasked with supporting and assisting the President ad CEO, supervising and developing the company's operations in accordance with the strategies and objectives set, creating group-level procedures, and monitoring the global human resources policy and remuneration system. The Management Board is also responsible for managing stakeholder relations. The Management Board meets monthly.
Tecnomen's Management Board is composed of the President and CEO and persons heading the three operative functions. The President and CEO chairs the Management Board.
